Horrible customer service from the guys who work there and would rather be somewhere else than dealing with customers. After losing our home from the tornadoes in April we stayed there a good bit because it's all we could afford. Everything was great until sept when I was charged again for a night in august and made my account go into the negative to -$300.
So not expecting this transaction all my other transactions started pilling on $35 late fees. After speaking with them the first time I never received a return phone call. Second time I was put on hold for 14 minutes till I hung up and called back. That time they heard it was me and said they were putting me on hold and hung up on me. Then finally my wife talked to one of the rude men who stated they had a computer problem. I guess it lasted one month. There was nothing they could do for us and said have a great day.
My bank said they should refund the money and the overdraft fees. But that was laughable. Needless to say we are still without a home for our family and had to spend $300 to cover their mistake. Thanks for all your help in our time of need. We will never be back.
