We stopped over here for one night while traveling. The air was messed up in the first room we were put in. Very hot. The gentleman at the front desk promptly offered me another room. We simply moved down the hall to a room where the air worked great. The rooms were very nice, clean and big. They have a very nice breakfast. This is a great place to stay!

Rooms were very clean and decorated nicley, beds and pillows were very comfortable and I am looking forward to our next visit. Complimentary breakfast was just an added touch to our stay.

The front desk employees where very nice to me when i checked in and checked out too. The Breakfast was very good too. The housekeeping was nice to me too. My guest room was very clean when i checked in and the bed was made up very nice too. I would stay at the Best Western in Gadsden, Al again. I would tell my friends and family to stay there too.

The hotel staff were all very helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and nicely appointed with plenty of space. The beds were queen size and very comfortable. There was a free breakfast which was adequate. The location is convenient and there is ample parking.
