I traveled with my 8 yr old daughter, we had the best time. The pool and hot tub was nice. The staff was courteous and friendly. The beds and pillows were like sleeping on clouds!!!! To understand you would have to see for yourself. I will definitely stay again. Thank You to the staff on April 15, 16 and 17th 2010.

We were pleased with the size of our room. It has two queen beds, a sofabed and a chair and an office desk and chair, yet it was not crowded. The beds are a bit closer together than in some hotels we've stayed, but that is probably because originally the space was meant for double beds. The rooms were clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. The indoor pool, spa and workout room were really nice to use. The breakfast was standard, but I don't stay in hotels for their breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I had to visit the Birmingham area. It's right off the interstate with a new shopping place (JC Penney, Target, Ross, Best Buy being a few of the stores) and restaurants, and I was told by the front desk staff that there was another phase of stores and restaurants to begin this year.

My family and I were on our way to Louisville, Ky on Christmas day. We stopped at the Comfort Suites in Fultondale, AL for the night. The room was nice and the best part was the service. We asked the manager, Charnessa Rhine, if she knew of any restaurants that were open on Christmas day. The only thing open was Waffle House and she was nice enough to offer some of her dressing that she has brought for herself. We declined, but the offer was nice. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will be back and recommend it to friends and family.Nice and clean and very friendly staff.

This hotel had an overwhelming staff. They really made you feel at home with the warm greetings, and smiles. I would highly recommend this hotel with the good at home feeling and the proximity to local food and services.
