We booked this hotel on Hotwire the same day we arrived. It was myself, husband, 3yo and infant. The room was nice and clean, 2 queens, roomy enough, had the usual hotel stuff plus a small fridge and microwave. Beds were very comfortable. My husband travels very often for business and he said it was the best bed he's experienced in a Holiday Inn Express.

Breakfast was free but pretty lousy. Stick to the stuff that can't be screwed up, like muffins and cereal. The attendant at breakfast was friendly and helpful.

The pool was a little small, but pleasant enough. Whirlpool was nice. We smelled a natural gas leak near the pump house and alerted the front desk. The smell was still there the next day when we checked out, so I'm not sure they did anything about it.

Location is just south of downtown Foley, near the Tanger Outlets and other shopping. The gulf beaches are about 10-15 minute drive away.

The hotel was very nice and so convenient to the outlets. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it highly. Very clean and still looks new even though it is two years old.

We only booked one night here in order to pick up my grandson who was attending a youth camp as a leader this year for Living Word Chruch in our hometown of Houma. We had booked a stay at the Hampton Inn on the Beach, but decided to save some cash on this one night prior to picking up up and after driving a long way. The Inn was clean, and quiet. We gto there late and a few people were roaming around but we went straight to our rooms to get a good night sleep. The linens and bedding were excellent, and are something really important to me. The quality bedding that is being put into hotels now makes me extremely happy. We were up and at it early the next morning as this was the day we were to have the experience with the baby white bengals at the nearby zoo. Take in the zoo. You won't be sorry. Got to be nicer any month besides July and August. Can everybody say HOT! and I am used to it being a Southern La. girl! It included a free breakfast which to me is always an advantage.

This hotel was wonderful! We were trying to stretch our dollars but refused to stay in a run down hotel to go to the beach. This hotel was just perfect for us. It is about 8 miles from the beach. It is also directly behind Cracker Barrel so we went to Gulf Shores Beach, came back and showered, then walked a few minutes over to Cracker Barrel and ate. Just what we needed. We also did some shopping. My husband forgot his shorts so we went across the street to the outlets and did some shopping. Very nice area. There is so much to do around there. We wished we had stayed longer. The hotel was very clean and everyone was so friendly. I had read a couple reviews that weren't so good and I was a little worried. I don't know where those people went but this hotel was really clean and nice. I think it is fairly new too. There was a little fridge in the room which we used and kept our milk, etc. very cold. We loved the hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, etc.) and they had a wide variety for the kids like cereal, pancakes, etc. Everyone was extremely nice. The only thing was that the hotel was a little hard to find. You have to look for the Cracker Barrel and it is right behind it. We used our GPS which made it easier. Pensacola beach is about 45 minutes away. There is plenty to do on the road it is on. We did a lot of traveling so it was nice to relax in a nice hotel in the evening. Really enjoyed it. I give it 5 stars! We will be back.
