...which I appreciated very much when I left some property at the hotel. The manager was great in telling me what I needed to do to get it sent back to me and I appreciated that very much. Keep in mind the price of this hotel; your expectations should be set appropriately. Other helpful hints: take a shower the night before in case there are a lot of guests staying and showering in the morning - you won't have any hot water. Also don't take a room close to the elevator - it clanks and bangs pretty much all night. Lastly - wear earplugs if traffic noise/sirens tend to wake you up. This hotel was conveniently located and priced and perfect when you're passing through.
Room Tip: Stay away from the elevator!
