Shoulda learned our lesson last Chistmas, gave it another shot this year due to points and proximity to family. This is the worst Hilton property we've ever seen. Upholstered furniture in room is disgusting, would qualify as biohazard. Carpets filthy. 1982 "artwork" is faded and askew. Heaters unreliable. Ours was either off or on, thermostat broken, up and down all night turning it off or on, coils/filter visibly caked with dirt, reported it 3 days before (maybe... we'll see tonight) fixed? Staff was friendly but powerless. Really, we can't come up with any explanation other than management just doesn't care. There are lots of other options in close proximity to this property; we recommend trying one of them. We certainly will next trip.
