The hotel was dirty and staff was discourteous. I was afraid to walk on carpet or sit on furniture. The air conditioner/heater in room was noisy and dirty. I have come to expect a certain level of quality from Hampton Inn and this was an extreme disappointment. Also,this hotel was very over-priced.

Staff nice and helpful to a point. Don't expect much, though. Especially if you depend on consistant, strong Internet conections. Even the bridge given to me did not speed up my in room conection.
Rooms were clean but in need of renovation. Upholstered furniture stained. Wall paper pealing off the walls. Doors coming apart. Don't expect roomy accommodations.
Hampton's breakfast is varied. The ice on the hard boiled eggs was there every day, though.
Thought this brand offered 100% satisfaction!

Arrived at this Hampton after driving through severe weather listening to my 2 year old son scream his head off for over an hour. He wanted to swim in the pool but it was outside. The front desk agent, Justin, offered to upgrade us to a room with a hot tub at no additional charge since it was not a busy night. We took it, and it made what could had been a dissapointing night for my son a great one. Thank you Justin, great service!!!
The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was great. Not a brand new Hampton, but all the same service and ammenities any other Hampton would have. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was fine, but for a Hampton on the lower end. The property was somewhat run down, breakfast was mediocre (the smell of burnt eggs permeated the hotel), an outlet blew out while were there from what appeared to be faulty wiring and in general the place felt tired. We like to stay at Hamptons because there is generally a standard that is maintained, and this one appeared to be in danger of falling below the standard. We stayed there for free using our points, and I might do that again, but wouldn't want to pay for a night.
