We stayed here on our way to Florida. Having stopped at many hotels along the highway to and from Florida we were very impressed. The lobby was being remodeled so we don't know how it will be. The room was clean and there was no door slamming all night long like some hotels.

Was impressed by this hotel in Cullman. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The rooms are large with a very large bathroom and good towels. Beds are very comfortable good sheets and bedding and good soft pillows.

Coffee/tea 24 hours is a nice touch. Breakfast selections are fine. My only complaint is that the hot breakfast wasn't "hot". They don't have the food in a warmer plate - they just sit on a tray in the dining area. It really needs to be in a warmer plate because by the time I got it - it was cold. This didn't deter me from coming back - just a suggestion to give it a perfect rating!

I have stayed here on numerous occasions and have always been happy with the room and hotel staff. There was some construction work going on while I was there but it did not interfere with me or my reasons for being there.

My 86 year old Grand mother died and we had to bring her back from Michigan to Alabama. Comfort Inn gave us a group rate. All total we had 7 rooms. The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very hospitable. Justin at the front desk was the nicest young man and very helpful. After the first viewing our entire family came back to the hotel and ordered 10 pizza's. We took over the lobby and breakfast area, Justin was so kind he even brought us some plates and napkins. The house keeping as well as the entire staff went way above and beyond their pay scale and job description to make us welcome. The comfort inn offers a full breakfast and its excellent. It really helped our entire family keep meal costs to a minimum. All the kids found something to eat. This hotel and its staff are WONDERFUL! I just can not say enough good things about them! STAY THERE! You will not regret it!
