I stayed at this hotel in October 2010 for three nights, and went there again on December 22, 2010. I felt cheated! I got a worse room, the water supply failed in the night, there was no warm water supply in the bathroom in the morning, the hanger in the closet could not withstand the weight of an ordinary trouser, and I was charged 20% more. I pointed this out while checking in and while checking out, but the hotel staff assured me that I was charged the same rate both the times. I have now returned and croos chcked the facts. Well, I was charged 20% more for poor facilities, and was cheated. The bill numbers are 2083 dated 27.10.10 and 2994 dated 23.12.10.
