“Not as good as it was! :-(”

I stayed at this hotel before and I was very impressed.

This time, experience was not so good, specially with respect to money they charged.

Cons:
* Not a good service
* Small room
* No central ac
* Aircon NOT well maintained
* Water Geyser NOT well maintained
* Old styling
* Minimal breakfast

Pros:
* Good food
* Good room service
* Good location in salt lake

“Good Hotel for business travellers in salt lake kolkata area”

Its a good hotel in salt lake opposite stadium and rate is also value for money.

“What a gr8 location!”

I have stayed in this hotel twice and both times I enjoyed the stay. Location is too good just opposite the salt lake stadium. Near to airport and salt lake city. The rooms are good clean and food is also good. 24 hours taxi service is available and nice place to stay if you don't have to go to howrah station which is far away.

“most horrible experience of my life”

I rate it as most horrible experience of my life there were bugs in my bed i had rashes all over my body and my eye got swollen up. I reported this to them at around three in the morning they didn't give me any medical assistance till at 6.30 a.m when I forced them to take me to the emergency ward of the near by hospital. They didnt want to disturb the manager as madam was sleeping at home. Next day she didnt even have the courtesy of coming to see me and apologize. My recommendations to all "never go to the sojourn".

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused. We have a strict policy of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the hotel, so a sudden case of bed bugs couldn't be solved due to our shortcomings at the hour of night. Apologies for the ineptness of the staff for handling such a problem.
However, we look forward to serving you better, and assure you a pleasurable stay in future.
