When i booked telephonic, they told they will consider the discount during check in, but after staying for 4 days in that to also i asked regarding it, they told it is in the process, but during the final bill settelment they totally denied the fact. It's not professionalism.
It's been nearly 1 hour journey from aiport with normal traffic & with huge traffic it is 2 hour journey minimum.
As per the rate, rooms & services are not upto the mark. They have only A.C rooms. Rooms are been very short (Shuru hote hi Khatam hojata hai). In bathroom thay have partitioned for taking bath with sliding door, but the size is been too short & when you try to put soap on your body everytime your elbow will get touched to the tiles. Gijer was been their, but not been getting operated, so two days i have to take bath with cold water & then by standing got operated as if it was been my hotel. A.C which we see usually on the roof of the room, but here it was next to the second bed, just imagine i was been feeling like sleeping with A.C (Thanda Thanda, Cool Cool). Minibar facility is been their, but chargeble.
Breakfast is been complimentary with the stay & was been good, but the room where it is been served was literally dispointment, as morning is been a very hurry time for everybody place is been to short for that purpose few are standing & having, few came & return back due to no place etc. so overall you don't feel the ambience & when the ambience is not good, all your positiveness goes into water.
Suggestion is that try to book hotel near to the metro station for easy accesible & faster activity.
