I stayed few days in this hotel and found one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in India. This hotel is located in the central part of Kolkata, India. This is a 5 star delux hotel and maintains all standards what travellers expect while he is on travel tour or buisness trip. The Hotel management is generous and services, food, entertainment everything is being taken care of. I advice travellers to take a chance of staying in this hotel at least once in Kolkata.

Stayed at the club floor from 21st to 22nd. Checked in late night but found the staff from the front desk to the room service most helpful and accomodating at the late hour.
The butler suggested a quick menu which was served up in no time.The food was excellent. I had my jacket ironed and ready for my meeting the next morning. While all basics were in place as one would expect any 5* but the smiles on all faces including the doorman was warm and seemed so genuine. While departing,I left some message to be delivered to a person who was to call on me. This was well executed.

Stayed in the club rooms just this month. Really pleasurable experience with very helpful staff. Despite the size, personal attention was given and one did not need to call up for anything twice.
