About one hour drive from the airport considering no traffic jam. The staffs are cordial but the reception booth had lack of smiling face. May be ok for one night transit. Food was good. Wifi internet free in the room - that was great. Terrible way to go to my room in 2nd floor----very narrow passage.

Stayed their on my last few buisness trips. The staffs are very courteous and the service was fantastic. The only thing that they could improve is the Breakfast. However the Food in the room service is good and economically priced. Also try staying at the Jatin das road branch since it has some nice south indian resturants and also close to the lake Market. The good part is that the Hotel has 24 hrs Room service.

came very tired after the meeting in the hotel the room was cozy and comfortable enough the the food was excellent and the staff were friendly in one word i can say home away from home one must come and visite the hotel ( keep it up)

I stayed in this hotel for two days during the first week of Nov 2010, This hotel is very conveniently located in Kolkata and provides easier access to most available modes of transport in the city.The staff is adequately trained and courteous. The buffet breakfast offered could have been improved adding more culinary varieties. One may find A la carte non veg dishes sumptuous. The Pomfrets and fishes were cooked very deliciously. The rooms were decent and clean. The wi-fi speed was excellent. It gives value for the money spent. However, the interiors of the room could have been better.
