As part of a package for Sikkim and Darjeeling, we stayed in this hotel for 2 days in May. As the name suggests this is not truly a hotel but rather a service apartment. The hotel is quite old. The bathrooms are not maintained well and the water was leaking. Even after I raised a complaint, the bathroom was not fixed.The behavior of the manager and the owner is worse. They don't arrange anything on time and very aggressive. No flexibility and least courteous. For a group of 17 people, the manager arranged for just 1 SUV. The food quality and quantity provided was not up to the mark.

I would not recommend this hotel.

I travelled to darjeeling with friends. I had my booking done from a travel agent in Orissa. Fortunately we met Gyanendra Sharma at the airport (Bagdogra) and he offered us a lift to Darjeeling. Later we came to know that he is the owner of the hotel we were supposed to chech in at. It was such a lovely time for the stay of 4 days. Though a pure Vegetarian restaurant was there in the hotel, the food served was excellent. Every room had a balcony overlooking the garden (Happy Valley) and the Darjeeling town in the background. The staff were very helpful and the service very good. Overall the saty of 4 days was just awesome. I wish I could come here very soon with family next. They even provided hot water bags at night, which was very touching.

First of its kind in Darjeeling. A true homestay with pure vegetarian delicious meals. Very spacious suites (infact the hotel has got all suites only for very reasonable rates. Nice sunny location. Every suite with balcony overlooking the Happy Valley Tea Estate and a fabulous view of the Darjeeling in the background of valleys. Had a lovely time. (infact one of my best holiday outings ever)
