Went to try out the dynasty restaurant on our visit to chennai. My husband left wallet in car and when we came back to get it (5 minutes later) $250 was missing. Management did nothing, security questioned employees with no results. Employees didn't even care. Ownership should know how horrible employees are and everyone visiting chennai should stay away from here! This incident ruined our trip!!!!!!

I was staying in Harrisons Hotel 2 weeks ago as I am travelling around South India.I was searching for boutique hotel in the city centre. I loved food there,3 delicious restaurants serving chineese and indian food.Room was nice and clean.Great service.

The main reason why we chose to stay at the Harrisons was it location. Its located in the heart of the business area of Chennai and would be an ideal place to stay for those who are in the city on a business trip. The staff at the hotel are polite and helpful. The hotel boasts of three restaurants, a lounge and a cafe offering a variety of culinary choices to the guests.

We dined only at 'Meenam' and hence it would be prudent to comment only about the said restaurant. We felt that the food could be better and the choice of dishes was very limited. The buffet breakfast offered at the restaurant is neither bad nor good. The hotel is a bit sloppy on the cleaning. The cups in our room had coffee stains, the cutlery and the plates in the restaurant were not clean. The leaky fittings in the bathroom need urgent replacement.

As the title of the review suggests the place has a long way to go before it becomes a great place to stay.

the hotel located in center place of the city, easy to move several places like maals. service is wonderful, and three restaurant is there, variety of food will be available. rooms r good and neat, really we enjoy in harrison. we plan to come back harrison in the month of december.
