Stayed for night. The check in was fast and smooth.
Nice lobby. The staff at the reception was very courteous. On the positive side the room and toilet were quite big and very clean. The toilet was size of a room in some hotels i have stayed in. The best part was the room had a separate sitting area / room with sofas for guests visiting you or for a small meeting. The room had all basic facilities/ furniture that is needed, including a 32' LCD TV and a set top box. The room was done up in an simple but elegantly, with wooden flooring adding to the elegance. Good writing table, chair with comfortable arm chair and a table to have your dinner. food and beverage served in the room was of decent quality. complimentary breakfast was of good verity and taste. The restaurant where the breakfast was served had a good ambiance. On the negative side the lighting in the room was very very poor, very dim. There is no point for charging your cell/ laptop in the room. No side/ bed lamps.Room service needs to be improved. Since the hotel is close to railway station and outstation bus stops of private bus operators there is a bit of noise pollution specially between 9pm-11pm and again from 5.30Am-7Am. The hotel's location is very convenient if you are traveling in and out of Chennai by train and bus but not as convenient if you are an air traveler as it is almost 30-40 Km away and the cost of local travel to and fro to airport is quite high besides being time consuming. Considering the tariff offered to me through Agoda.com and positives of the hotel the stay was pleasant and good.

I stayed in this Hotel for couple of days during a business trip. I was comfortable with the accommodation,food, room service, and cleanliness. The staff is courteous. I Personally feel, it is one of the good Hotels in Chennai at reasonable price.

I will surely prefer to stay again during my next trip to Chennai.

Had to book this hotel in the last minute as I had to extend my day in Chennai along with my wife. I reached egmore and started searching for hotels and most of them declined to give me a room as we don't have luggage i.e. very surprising how would one have a luggage when they are for a day trip and had to stay back in the last minute.

With suspicious look at my wifey (i wd have ducked them then n there if had been more than a sec) they checked our cancelled flight tics etc and offered the room for 3500.

Dinner and breakfast is complimentary and they are ok for Indian standards. Room is decent so are the faclilites. Would recommend for a day or two if one had to stay close to egmore else there is nothing much to offer.
