“clean, relaxing and friendly”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 December 2011

Popular with Indian visitors, the hotel is just outside the Pink City. The hotel has a slightly 'warren' feel to it with many landings and staircases, but the rooms are clean, well equipped with cable TV, complimentary internet provision if you have a laptop and fast linkage.
The food is the hidden gem. The restaurant is very quiet but offers outstanding evening food and quiet cheap. The chef is always intersted to hear your comments and is keen to meet every request. There is a nice, if small outside courtyard with a pond full of jasmine flowers.
This is a moderately priced, well run independent hotel with excellent service, would certainly come back again.

“Comfortable and Safe”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 December 2011

I would always remember this hotel because of excellent staff service, fantastic location and great food , all this at a very reasonable price. The room was spacious and well ventilated . I had left my wallet on the room bed by mistake and found it untouched on return in the evening , the staff had not tinkered with it though they had done house keeping. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Room Tip: They have a room with 4 beds for big groups

“Best customer service I ever received in India”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 November 2011

If a hotel would like to learn lessons in customer satisfaction and service, then the management should plan a stay at Ratnawali. Considering our dilemma of trains scheduled at inconvenient timings, the staff allowed free early check in and to my surprise a free early check out. No hotel in India is known to be so accommodating.

The breakfast was splendid and was included in my fare. The buffet had all the variety I could imagine and was at a very reasonable price. Although I did not dine at the restaurant, the prices in the menu were very reasonable. Going by delicious breakfast buffer I'd assume that the food in the hotel would also have the same standard.

The only downside were the bathroom fittings which could be improved. As such the amenities in the room were great considering the moderate pricing, an LCD TV, a great air conditioner, comfortable beds, all in all very pleasant experience.

The location is also quite good, rickshaw from the station would charge Rs 70/- whereas a car would cost 100-120 INR.

Room Tip: Ratnawali has a family room for 4 and its very spacious and affordable.

“Nice Place and Recommend to Families”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 September 2011

Warm welcome given when we went night 11PM and they arranged dinner during that time. Front desk people very helpful in arranging the cab and guiding to places to visit. Morning breakfast having many varities and very tasty. Worth for the money which spent for the stay. Secure place to stay and highly recommended to people who visit as family to Jaipur.
