I called the hotel for booking , the call was attended by front desk where they asked my name and contact details so that call can be transfered to reservation desk, at reservation desk a gentle man breifed me about the hotel , i liked the description and booked the hotel. I required a pick up from airport the very next day that was arranged at a bare minimum cost . Reservation was made without any online booking and still everything was perfect. I recommed every traveller to try booking sarang palace at least once as it is value for money..

The hotel is satisfactory. It has a bed to sleep in and a clean but open bathroom but not modern. The bottom line it is not the Ritz but a simple, satisfactory hotel. You get what you pay for!

I am planning a trip to Jaipur in february

I was very impressed with their online reservation facility and the speed of their response.
they promptly respond to our queries by email.I was surprised at their quick reply to my mail.
really looking forward for a great stay, after reading so many good reviews from earlier guests at Sarang.

Absolutely my first and always first Place to stay at Jaipur. The first thing that hits my mind when I think about Jaipur is Sarang Palace. The rooms are quite spacious neat and clean. The best part is hospitality. Each and every staff is so nice that all ur needs are taken care of. A free Wifi service and they arrange for ur spa needs also with pick up and drop facility. What else actually i dont have words to explain about this hotel. Its not a hotel but a Home.
