The guesthouse of Manoj, Smita, Kinshuk and Minla is more a large home for visiters than an actual guesthouse. Even before arriving Manoj made us feel safe by giving a clear deal and being helpful. We went on a short wild life trip with Manoj outside Jaipur as he is most commited in giving his guest a good experience. On new years eve, the family cooked delicious Indian food and celebrated in a homey atmosphere. The rooms are really nice and quite big tidely clean compared to some Indian standards. No hot water for us, but we didn't ask for any hot water, and I'm sure it would be provided if needed. We stayed upon the rooftop and it was so beautiful waking up with the sun rising in the mist and the view over Jaipur. The boy Raja is really helpful and kind in spite of the smaller english vocabulary as too is the kids of Manoj and Smita. We felt safe the whole time, and the area around is quite nice, but not too quiet. They are more than happy to guide and give advice about being safe in the city(avoiding scams and hostile situations) and sights in Jaipur and around.
This family and place has totally disproved the saying about 'never trust an Indian' as they are sincere and welcoming!
