Madhuban is a great hotel in Japiur. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and the location of the hotel is just out of the way of the pink city. Beware of the night staff who will push their own driver's on you if you ask them for any help and when I told him that I had organized my own onward transport (at hald the price they were offerering) he looked angry at me and then when my car arrived simply said "key" and not even thankyou and goodbye. The day staff however are excellent but the breakfast is twice the price you will pay anywhere else.

Although it was a basic reception, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served outside in the beautiful gardens (except when it was too cold). WiFi at a cost. Pick up and return to station were excellent. It is a bit of a distance to go anywhere and you will always need a taxi or tuk tuk. One nice good mark for the hotel was that our driver returning us to the station took several parcels of food and gave them out to the homeless. Nice gesture which made me think well of the hotel.

We stayed at madhuban for 4 days. I felt like staying their for more days as the rooms were so pretty and luxurious. Its a lovely hotel. Reasonable, very clean, pretty rooms, tasty food and a very humble and poliet staff made the stay amazing. Had to leave early because of my health. But i would definitely recomend it to my friends. Also, if ever il go to jaipur again i will choose madhuban again.

Rooms clean/ bright/spacious. Food was great...ate all meals in hotel. Service was marvelous. Laundry handled well. Wonderful gardens. Hired car and driver thru hotel...economical/professional and efficient. Hot water was a little spotty...water pressure low. Thrilled to meet Mrs.Singh who made a point to visit with us. (she couldn't believe we were eating so much!!) All staff who looked after us were friendly, courteous and very good at their jobs. Someone...Mrs. Singh?...has taken great pains to train her staff to this degree of consistency. They all deserve raises! Some in our group had stayed here before and I would certainly stay here again.
