“Amazing heritage hotel!”

This is what a heritage hotel should be like. We stayed at hotel Mandawa Haveli in Jaipur for two nights and enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed in one of the rooms in the corner tower (pool side, facing the garden) and it felt like staying in a luxurious suite. Our room had a lounge, really comfortable bed, enormous flat screen TV and the most beautiful bathroom (with a lot of marble). The service was really good and professional, the laundry service convenient and the hotel restaurant was very nice. Breakfast was served as a buffet with a lot of choices, continental, American and Indian. Dinner was great as well, with an extensive menu with both Indian choices as European dishes. The swimming pool was a welcome way to cool off after a long, hot day of sightseeing.
When we wanted to stay in the room until 16.00 hours (check out is at noon), this was no problem and we could stay free of charge.
The hotel location is good, about 10 minutes by tuk-tuk to Wind Palace, the Observatorium, Albert Hall and City Palace. Amber Fort is a 20 minute drive.
If you would like to stay in a really good hotel in Jaipur, with great service and facilities, I would really recommend hotel Mandawa Haveli.

“Good Heritage Hotel but really poor service and safety”

We were here for a couple of days with my group, the hotel was almost empty just us ( 3 rooms) and 4 french people (2 more rooms). The hotel was ok , room are clean and spacious. But It happened a really awful thing to my friends. Someone probably a hotel worker, entered in the room and stealed from the backpack of my friends 100 euros from one of them and 200 euros from the other one. As soon as we discovered what happened we informed the management and they did nothing, furthermore they said they were not sure that it was really happened and probably my friends could invented everything.
I suggest you to find another accomodation in Jaipur and it's easy and you can find many place good and value as this one. Thank you

“Best Service in Jaipur”

We loved the very good service and the goog cuisine! Test the Mandala Chicken! One of the best in Rajastan!
The haveli built in the Jaipur style of architecture with numerous pillars and arches is located in the heart of Jaipur City on Sansar Chandra Road. The hotel combines old world charm with the best of present day facilities. There are 28 well-appointed rooms with intricately carved wooden beds; historic photographs and king-sized royal portraits.
