This hotel is a wonderful and quiet retreat from the business of Jaipur, and is also close to everything. The staff are very helpful and all the facilities are provided. It is very reasonably priced and good value.

I stayed here for 2 nights in February 2012. The moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with a cup of hot tea, which was very welcoming. The staffs were friendly and the general manager Mr. Sher Singh was very helpful and spoke good English. The deluxe room was extremely clean and comfortable. Hot showers were available and most importantly, consistent. I should, however, point out the fact that the hotel staff did not turn on the hot shower for me when I requested for it at 2 A.M., as I had to leave for the train station at 3 A.M. The Jaipur train station and old city were only about 5 and 15 minutes, respectively, of auto-rickshaw ride from this hotel. So I would say the location was pretty good. There was also an incident in which I had a dispute with an auto-rickshaw driver, who charged more than what we had initially agreed upon. The hotel staffs, without being called for in the first place, saw and were quick to come to my aid. Having said this, drivers charging more than what had been agreed upon is not something common in Jaipur, and the rest of the cities in India that I have visited. The breakfast was simple, but deliciously. Of the 5 hotels of the same price range that I have stayed in India during the same period, this is undisputedly the best!
Placed at a more quiet place in Jaipur. No problems with trafficnoises. Good service and goodlooking rooms. The menuprices are a bit high in comparison with other restaurants in the city.
Accomodations very clean, plenty of extra hot water, great location all staff very hospitable, will stay again!
We, a family of four from Bangalore, spent two nights at Nahargarg Haveli, Jaipur, in the last week of Dec 2011. Right from booking we found the experience absolutely professional. Mr.Sher Singh promptly responded to my email request with a reasonable offer and assurance of confirmation.
The sense of customer care we experienced was professional. Mr. Sher Singh even called us a couple of times when we were going from Agra to Jaipur to offer assistance with directions. Finally when we checked in to NH at night, we found the room (Peacock suite) absolutely delightful. The condition of the room and the bathroom were excellent.
The breaskfast menu was decent if not elaborate. The dinner at the rooftop restaurant was a 'refreshing' experience. A puppet show was organized for the guests to add colour to the evening.
Food was fresh and tasty. The food price may be on the higher side, but the overall package was so hassle-free we only had good memories to take back.
All the people in NH were helpful. Thanks to them and Mr. Sher Singh in particular. He was always cheerful whenever we called him for recommending restaurants or shopping options.
NH offered clearly the best value for money compared to other hotels we stayed in during our trip to Amritsar, Delhi and Agra.
NH is in a central locality but in a quiet neighborhod. Whoever is planning to stay at NH please ask for the suite.
