Very good hotel with excellent staff and GM. Very flexible and accommodating. Never say no policy is very welcome. Food is very good and service great. Always recommended to stay.
The F & B staff specially Banquets team is very adjusting..

we wanted to spend sometime in the city of jaipur & we got a good deal on the hotel..but i ould like ton add tat the experience was just soo amazing..the staff was soo good..we arrived late but they still got us the breakfast...the guy at the reception named Kushal was so helpful& warm...in total it was a super nyc experience!!

We went to Jaipur with my 2 young daughters and we had the most horrible experience at this hotel. This was the worst hotel that we had ever stayed in. We arrived late in the evening after a long drive from Delhi. At reception, we were asked to provide photo identification for all of us including my two young daughters otherwise they would allow us to stay there even though we had pre-booked and pre-paid for three nights online. Unfortunately, we did not have our daughters' passports with us as we left them in Delhi with our relatives. Since we were not being allowed to stay, we asked them to refund our prepayment so that we could stay elsewhere. The manager told us that no refund would be given and told us to leave the hotel. After discussing with them for an hour, we left the hotel and stayed at another hotel for the night. We had our daughters' passports courier the next and stayed at Fortune Select for the remaining two nights as we had already paid. The rooms were dirty. We booked the club room and requested the complimentary fruit basket and it never arrived. Each time we took a shower, the entire bathroom was flooded. When we talked to the staff about it, they didn't, couldn't, or wouldn't do anything about it. We had to use towels to soak up the water on the floor and felt disgusted thinking that others had already done that with the towels we had used to wipe our bodies with.
The manager was awful and extremely rude. He had no problem keeping our money and telling us to leave with our two tired daughters late at night.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

i stayed in Fortune Select Exotica hotel in July 2011 and had a very bad experience.
Hotel room was not upto the mark, room service was very slow, bed sheet was torn, AC was not working properly. Room was in wet condition.
Hotel staff Courtesy was not upto the mark, in fact hotel has given some complementary food vouchers at the time of check in the hotel but when we tried to use those vouchers, hotel restaurant staff denied to accept those vouchers.

overall experience - No value for Money.
