Stayed briefly for 10-12 days, was on a business trip; booked by my office colleague
Simple, Clean Sorrounding with a team of neatly dressed warm staff
Room was very comfortable and spacious, relaxing and quiet place...one where you would like to return to after a long working day
Room service staff are equally warm even if you return late (say after midnight) and try to serve whatever nearest to you would have ordered (even though officially kitchen is closed by 11pm)
Breakfast table was quite engaging with both healthy and tasty options...unfortunately on working days you hardly have enough time....not more than to grab just one bite. One can really explore all the options on weekends;)
Mix of both working executives and family as guests.....quite a lively environment really.
And as many people would have experienced before, Landmark Suites is a place you would definitely come back to and recommend to your friends either for business or with family!!

Landmark suites are conveniently located close to the Mumbai airport, which was my main reason for choosing them.
I was upgraded (for free) to a suite that had two beedrooms and an attached living room. So the whole area was quite spacious.
The bathrooms are strictly ok. Don't expect the latest plumbing or finishings. Breakfast is included in the cost of the room but has very limited options.
Overall, this is a great option for a value hunter. No frills and a reasonable cost. However, I would not recommend this for leisure as it is far from any of the tourist spots.

I visited this place when I was coming back from Dallas after a long Air Journey of 18 hours which almost reached to 25 hours due to bad whether condition, after reaching the airport there was no one (from the Hotel Staff) to pick me up from the airport,
I reached at night (it was almost 3 AM) and the there was nothing availabe to eat at that time.
The staff was not at all co-operative, ambience was stincking, and the Room were so dirty that I was not able to sleep that night...

I won't say a good option to choose.
As they quote a very high price for the kind of rooms they have & service they provide.
Location is not good.
Food is too costly & doesn't taste so good.
I have just spend a night over here & don't feel like visiting it again even if they offered free stay.
So, think before you choose this one.
