It is a Good Business hotel adjacent to the Vihar lake near Powai. It is useful if u have business related work in SEEPZ or Powai area. The road to the hotel is right through the slums hence not safe at night.

I went for Business trip on 19/12/11 and stayed in room 608. The room size is OK but the rooms are not sound proof. U can hear the television set of the neighbouring room at night. also if any door is closed on the floor above or below u, it disturbs u'r sleep. The bathroom is a copy of Taj Panaji but all the fittings are substandard. Even the soap and shampoo, conditioner is NOT branded but made locally. This takes away the status of a 2 / 3 star hotel.

The morning buffet is strictly just average. After staying in so many hotels I was not happy with the no. of dishes in the buffet.

The rates of dining are too high and not worth wasting the money there. There are extremely good restaurants in the Powai area catering to all tastes, so I recommend that u eat there.

The so calles SPA is pathetic. there is only 1 massage room. Though the masseuer Mr. Sanjay was good, the quality of spa oils used was terrible.

Stay there only if your company is paying for it.

I have stayed at this hotel for one day. It was well decerated and looking good. The food was good on the restaurant but little costly. The have arranged complementary airport transfer with luxary cars. They have provided late checkout option also due to our flight timings.

We had gone on an official trip for a course which was being conducted in this very hotel , so we did not have high expectations about the same . When we reached the hotel we where pleasently surprised by the appearance of it , as the road leading to this hotel is very misleading . All of us thought we have landed in a place of no where , but luckily we were wrong .
The food was very good , All three days we had all the meals in the hotel only, not only there was variety in the menu , there were no repetitions too . As my coleagues were from all over the world , the cusine was very impressive .

The room itself is worth mentioning . Very spacious and impressive .
We got free Wifi internet for 4 hrs a day, which was more thaan sufficient .

The class room( confernce room ) was also very good .

Not only it was a good outiing for all of us but met quite a lot of friends whom I had not met for aalmost 4-5 yrs .

The hotel has a defeciency too, it is placed in middle of no where, hope over a period of time, some thing good comes up near it , so it adds value to this place .

Was on a brief trip to Mumbai. While the access road near the hotel is a bit tardy once you are inside you get a feel of a resort as the hotel is in midst of lot of greenery. Had work near Goregoan Exhibition Center. Access was quick through Aarey Road. Also the main market is just one km away and plenty of autos and taxis are available. Well kept hotel in term od rooms and public areas. A very nice bar which has sky-light coming in. Has got a very neat romantic outside sitting area which has lot of flowers and water bodies.

I had asked for an express checkin to take a flight out and the concierge was very helpful in having it done. Food is very diverse and reasonably priced, good value for money.

Overall was pleasantly surprised with the property as this was my first visit. Would highly recommend to people who would want to retire to a serene place after a hectic day's of work
