I stayed at Maurya palace Mysore for 3 days, and had very pleasant experience.
Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff was very polite and quick to respond. I was on first floor and next to staff room and found the staff quite noisy during morning time. But overall stay was wonderful. Decent place to stay, good value for your money. Very well situated and you can walk to palace and other places.
I will give 9 out of 10 to this hotel. Good place to chill out.

We stayed on the first floor, right next to the room service area, where they banged cups, plates and cutlery, chatted, shouted, and answered the loudest phone ever, ALL night! We got no sleep at all. They did not listen to our complaint. The place was not cheap in comparison to other places. I really would not recommend it.

The rooms are well furnished and maintained in a very good way...
Presented in a well prepared format (Neat and Clean)...
Water supply (both hot and cold) was fine...
Staffs were helpful...
Excellent Position...

Cons:
Bathroom used to get waterlogged (may be i was unfortunate) for a few minutes after bath...
Rooms could have been a little more spacious...
