“Too far as 12KM and not having proffesional attitude anyhow”

I booked this hotel for my brother for his new year celebrations in december 2011.This hotel is too far from shimla actually (not as mentioned everywhere in 4kms),my brother he usually took a taxi on daily basis to and fro from this hotel for Shimla .And i think the taxi peoples also paying some commision to this hotel as they got Rs. 600-750 to and fro from this hotel to shimla,really disguisting.Rather it all started the time i have made the booking through travelguru just week before ,my brother got a call from hotel manager that they can`t give them this booking if they won`t pay them extra Rs.1000 apart from room rents as mentioned on website for food for two days as these are special days for them(New year and christmas) ,whereas nothing is mentioned on the travelguru site about that.
It looks me that for going to shimla this hotel is anyhow not worthful with having such kind of disputes and also its to far from actual Shimla.

Mr Ankur had booked Deepjyoti for his brother and was misguided by somebody, as we have not concealed the facts from him. The details about location, distance from various railway stations/ bus stands/ airports have been clearly mentioned on our website. A visit to our website will reveal the whole picture. Therefore, misinformation given by somebody else is not attributable to us. Any how, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to the brother of Mr Ankur and hope that he will appreciate our transparent role after visiting our website and confirming the factual position from there.
