I had been to this hotel very recently the rooms are in very bad shape. The water is leaking from the walls & it seems to be like a mini swimming pool inside the room. The geyser was not working & hence hot water to be arranged from different room after repeated requests. All the bathrooms & toilets very stinky & strong bad smell. I would never recommend to any of the traveler.

chalk and rust was in the bathroom; basin didn't have a sink, so all water was on the floor; toilet tank had a broken cover; rain came into the room because of the broken windows; wall were wet; bed was dirty; price was okay

I booked this hotel through one of Leading Web portal from many Indian Web booking portals but when reached there on address of the hotel, found hotel building itself was dilapidated .At the reception staff was not friendly neither room were what they showing in photos and not furnished but with full of bad odour, damaged walls, cleanliness you can not expect in this hotel,

No interior was in most of rooms and they showing different kind of photos in different web portals but in real only their AC room photo is real and looks good and rest are fake.

When contacted them on phone directly before approach Web portal for booking they offered me some different rates but when I entered hotel they offered me some more costlier rates than what i got offer on phone for their crap and worthless room.

This hotel is showing two listing with two different names in most of different web portals claiming good amenities but in real only one hotel is exists!!! in this locality or whole karol bagh ! So, it seems they trying to fool new travellers who new to Karol bagh area or never been heard about this hotel before.

So, I skipped this hotel and stayed in another good hotel on Saraswati marg, Karol bagh where many good hotels located but with some costlier rooms but with good service and all real no fakes!

As per my opinion not recommended for family stay or in-group or any other!
Calling this crap place as hotel will not be justified with the word Hotel but can be called dirty Lodge.

Zero value for your money for this hotel.
