Recently I visited the hotel with 3 families. Actually I booked hotel Aarthi in advance via Yatra.com . But one day prior to journey when I called them on phone for confirmation, they told me that some renovation work is going on and allotted me 3 rooms in Hotel Swagath, Karolbagh which is also a part of their business. The hotel was found in worst condition. Also suffocating, no window glass, found worms, mosquitos. Also the hotel is located in a small galli(Street) where theives are roaming and even they tried to snatch gold chain from one of my family member, She narrowly escaped by having injuries. Be Careful.

The hotel is in a somewhat disappointing location. Transfer from the airport took a couple of hours due to a lack of exactly information where the hotel is located. My room was dusty and run down. The staff was obviously not interested in cleaning the room. After that i was looking for another hotel.

Service of the hotel was quite good
Rooms were terrible, there was water leakage in each and every room
Location is the only best part about this hotel.
Rooms and bathrooms are not clean at all.
there is no inhouse kitchen of the hotel and the king of food they were serving was terrible

Terrible Hotel. I booked thru cleartrip and reached there in the night. They told me that there is no room available. They put me in a room on the 4th floor. There was no eleveter and by the time I reached the room, I was breathless. Room was untidy and awful. The linens in the bed was used ones and they didn't bother to change them. I opened the toilet door and, alas, it was like a swimming pool, water flowing from the taps into the floor and then into the room. During my 12 hour stay, I did not use it even once, it was that unusable. Room was filled with mosquitos.
I requested them to give me wake up call to 6:00 am coz I needed to catch the morning flight, but none was bothered to do so. They promised me that they will arrange a taxi to the airport, but in the morning they were not even bothered to call a cab.
Over all it is a terrible hotel. I should have read the comments before making a booking there. Please don't waste your money.
