Stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of our trip in India. Hotel was fine, but I must say that Karol Bagh is not a nice neighborhood to be. It is a dirty, very crowded area where streets lined with shops and markets. Hotel is located on a street that seems to be used car details market - imagine all the constant metal banging from 7am to 8/9pm, plus tons of garbage and crowds to match. It is not the kind of street you can walk on as the traffic is ridiculous and very little space is left for pedestrians. My room was facing the street, which was very loud and cold due to holes along window frames. They provided a heater which helped a lot at night.
I must say photos from their website maybe brushed up a little, exterior of the building is definitely photoshoped as they make it look like it's a free standing building, while it is really in between the row of other houses, but the room photos match the reality, rooms had nice furniture, however bathrooms were somewhat worn, especially the shower frame and door. There was an individual water heater in the bathroom, which did its job, but capacity was enough for only a quick shower.
Pluses of this hotel - it was fairly clean, hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. They will arrange a taxi for a good price to see the city. There is a computer with free access to internet on the ground floor. Free breakfast was nice as well. Food was good and room service was quick.
I probably wouldn't stay here again because I didn't like the location, but it was ok for one time.
