We arrived at 2:20am in the morning and the hotel driver as arranged was waiting to pick us up.
The rooms are comfortable and clean with hot water.
The staff are friendly and helpful, wanting to please. The restaurant on the roof provides a good breakfast - it kept us going all day - dinner was also enjoyable.
Fully recommend this place as your first stop in India!

It is a hotel near the Metro station. It takes you about 5 to 10 minutes by walking. The location is good and peaceful. The staff is helpful. The complimentary breakfast is well. The hotel can provide good and continued hot water but sometimes they will shut it down in the late night. You need to call the reception to turn it on if you want to take a shower a little bit late. So it is recommended to check if the hot water is availabe befor you plan to shower.

In addtion, the hotel can provide chargable picking up service from airport or railway station to hotel. The price is reasonable. But I want to say that, the staff is not so professional. I booked a pick up service from airport to hotel for 5 persons with the charged fee 650 RS. They sent 2 cars to pick up us but want to charge 650 RS per car. That is not matched with our understanding. Thanks to the hotel GM-Madan Pai, with his help the staff corrected his overcharge. So if you guys booked the pick up service, pls bear in mind how many cars are sent out and how much is the total price.

Hotel rooms are very basic and cleanliness is OK. Located in a very crowded Karol bagh auto spares market. Walking distance from Delhi metro – most convenient. WiFi is Free. Not many good eating joints nearby – a definite negative. Near to Karol bagh market.

Pros: Big, clean room. Not bad for the price. Karol Bargh is a nice, clean and convenient part of Delhi.
Cons: Manager hurried me out of the room 90mins before checkout time, he did this by repeatedly calling the phone and making the staff bash on the room door. He made the excuse that the airport would be busy, but that was bs. The real reason was that a bunch of people were sitting in reception and wanted to check in early.
If you dont lock the door, staff just barge in. I called room service on 2 occasions to order food or water, and the waiters would knock on the door and then simply come into the room immediately. This was very disconcerting.
Room was very loud, even in the middle of the night. It wasn't street noise (something which you just deal with in Delhi) it was staff yelling/singing/bashing stuff together.
