Pros
Breakfast was included in our room rate and it was served to our room. No restaurant to sit in I guess? It wasn't bad. They gave us hot tea, lots of toast and omelettes.
Free wifi that worked in the rooms, but the password only worked on one device and you had to reenter it every hour.
Shower had good pressure and stayed hot.
The staff seemed friendly enough. We had to check out at 2am for our early morning flight and there were bell hops and a receptionist waiting for us.

Cons
The entire hotel is very tired looking. The lighted sign out front didn't work and it took our driver a good 10 minutes to find this place. Our room was functional, but small. The sheets were clean, but some of our lights enjoyed flickering over our heads. There was only one small window and it did not let in any light.
I found the room rate to be very expensive for what we got.

There's nothing special about this place, but it did the trick. I wouldn't be excited to stay here again, but I wouldn't oppose it either.

We pre-booked this hotel for our first few nights in Delhi and wished we hadn't bothered. Firstly they didn't answer the phone for over an hour when our taxi driver was trying to call them to get directions, and it was late at night so they weren't busy. Our room wasn't very clean and the window looked out onto a wall about 1 metre away.
The breakfast was laughable - it was served in our room because they said there wasn't a dining room and included cold 'hot' tea and soggy toast...not acceptable
This over-priced hotel was a really disappointing start to our trip to India - for the price they charged us, we could have stayed at the Marriott!!
I'll give them a small credit for the friendly staff, but i'm afraid that is the only good thing i can say about this place.
Lastly, the photo of the hotel on their website (and this one) bears only a passing resemblance to what you will actually see when you get there!!!

Second time I am staying here with my family. If any thing, the level of services have gone up. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Complimentary Breakfast is now being served in rooms. Extra bed was given as demanded.

For agra trip, temporary stayed in this hotel. The room is clean but feels some narrow. Bath room is better than expected. My tariff was breakfast including, so we used the restaurant on top floor. After our family tooked some toasts and eggs, the staffs were very busy for supplying them. If you late to restaurant, you will wait for sometimes.
