The service guys seemed totally non carring. The room size were fine but wornout. The hotel is in the city centre, perfect location for liesure travellers, but however it looked the hotel tries to make money for every service they offer even though its not worth the price. Only one reaosn for anyone to choose this hotel is...location nothing else. The breakfast quality was definately of a poor standard so was the service.

If visiting New Delhi for the Games, avoid staying here. The operators are dishonest...overcharged us by two nights. The rooms are dirty, and all rooms are noisy.

We stayed here for 2 nights recently. We thought we had found somewhere reasonably priced and clean to stay in a good location. After checking in things went downhill, we were treated with no respect whatsoever, their customer service and hospitality was non-existent - in fact there was no attempt to even try to make our stay enjoyable.
The room was dirty, the toilet didn't work, there was no hot water and when we complained we were laughed at in reception. We were repeatedly told everything was rectified but it wasn't. When we tried to pay on our final morning we were told credit cards were not accepted and were locked in the building with threat of calling the police until we presented cash. At no point did we not intend to pay - we were treated like criminals! Absolutely disgusting - look elsewhere in Delhi!!

This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in terms of customer service. The place isn't cheap but the toilet didn't work and the hot water was tepid at best. We reported plumbing problems but 12 hours later the staff had done nothing to fix them. Worse, they insisted they had and just smirked at each other when we pointed out that the toilet still didn't flush. When we went to check out at 5am, they suddenly informed us we couldn't pay by card, which was news to us as 'Visa and AmEx welcome' signs were plastered everywhere and no-one had mentioned anything to the contrary - culminating in a big row. Really, don't stay here. The location is the only redeeming feature and I'm sure there are many other hotels in the area happy to treat you like valued guests.
