Just got back from a Delhi/Agra trip. Metropolitan is a fantasic hotal. I would stay there again. The staff very friendly. Food was excellent.Very clean!!!

Very nice hotel. The room and the bathrooms are very good. The breakfast is excellent. Really good.

The location is best for delhi. Very central, near cannought circle and lots of places to see for a tourist. This is more of a business hotel though. Has a decent pool. The rooms are comfy and the bathrooms ok. Reasonable spread for the food, quite good. Not a hotel you would associate as a SPA, your call. If you are on a work trip for a day or two this would be totally ideal. Airport pickup and drop.

Nearby attractions for tourists, very close
1. humayuns tomb , cannought circle, India gate, North and South Block , Presidents House, Parliament, art exhibition outer circle india gate, railway museum outer circle india gate, pargati maidan, Bangla Sahib.
2. a bit far - bahai temple, sadar bazaar / chandini chowk / jama masjid for the tru delhi feeling, karol bagh - shopping.

Modern centrally located near to Connaught Place and some Metro Stations but not really walking distance. Rooms are a good size and well appointed and views are uninspiring. The bathroom is a disappointment being so small with door opening almost to the handbags in. Privacy is also limited with smoked glass portion separating shower and bedroom. The room safe is very small but Hotel Security box available at reception.Only food outlet used was Zing the 24hr coffee shop , which had buffet breakfast and dinner and a la carte meals. Food choice and selection is very good and although pleasant service the food delivery of "all at once" was a forerunner of numerous restaurants in India. Why have entree or appetizer on menu if it is to be served with main? Can recommend as a good tourist and Business hotel.
