This hotel is most probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and the only reason why why ended up staying here is that we had pre-paid the room before we arrived into Delhi (from a travel agent in the UK).
The rooms have never been cleaned (this is no joke), with all kinds of bugs and dirt and grime. The bathrooms are something from a horror movie!!!
The staff are rude and do not help you in any way or form, not even to give you toilet paper.

Do not in any curcumstance stay in this hotel!!

I stayed in this hotel for a day and trust me it was a very bad experience. First of all I had to wait for half an hour for my check in as there were some guests who were checking out early as they were not happy with the services. I booked my stay at Delhi height but they made me stay at a different hotel. Morning Breakfast was not good. I requested for a Bisleri or Kinley Mineral water and they supplied me with a local mineral water which i refused to take. The room was very noisy as they made me stay next to reception. There was no hot water in the bathroom.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were quite nice and there was a complimentary Internet cafe in the lobby. It's within walking distance to the Karol Bagh metro. Friendly too, for the most part. It's not the lap of luxury, but for it's range I have no complaints.

Room amenities------ no coffee or tea maker,minibar or Refrigerator ...Bathroom?? no soap etc. even Toilet Paper must ask when we need it ..... Lobby lounge is not aircon only electric fan daily Breakfast will be sent to other Hotel (besides)the only nice things in this Hotel is subway and shopping market (walking distance) and LCD is super
