We stayed in Room 307 Which was quite ok.How ever there seems to be some kind of electric motor/water pump above the room at roof level which is quite noisy at night and leads to disturbed sleep at night. the management must sort this problem. Also the waste pipe of the sink in the shower room requires sorting as the water doesnot flow away smoothly. Finally the flow of water from the shower and the tap requires desluging to improve the flow. I must say all the staff and members of the hotel management have been excellent and very helpful.

okay hotel. Needs lot of improvement on customer service. Location is good but Room services, hospitality is not upto the mark.

A decent hotel. The rooms are clean, and comfortable enough but nothing to write home about. Some of the staff were very helpful while others could have been friendlier and more attentive. There is Internet service in the lobby that appears to be free, but come check-out time you learn they have kept track of your use and charge accordingly. A better choice in this area is the Delhi Bed and Breakfast.
