I have been in Serena hotel 3-4 times in last 2 years for business purposes, the last visit was in Feb-2010, experience was very bad. too much hue n cry due to parties and functions in the hotel. service was not good, room was smelly and food standard was far away from a 3-4 star hotel. hotel management have reduced the complimentry services..
if you want to throw your money on waste, you can visit Serena Faisalabad...
I do not even recommand to try for a single visit..

After a gruelling drive through a thick fog, it was a very warm welcome that I received at Serena. I found the staff to be very well trained and they went out of the way to make me comfortable and at home. They guided me, helped me through emergencies and generaly supported. What more can one ask? The toom was lovely.and dinner was well served. Great and unforgettable experience.

This is a very charming hotel. Small, with little facilities, but very cozy. It is like an old muslin castle or palace and is worth trying. I was at the executive floor (first floor). It has a few amenities but the room was spacious and nicely decorated with typical furniture and decors but tastefully chosen, unusual in the modern hotels. It is a small hotel but I felt very comfortable. The bathroom on the contrary was very small. The service was correct although I did not make much use of them although the executive floor has a butler service. I will repeat.

This hotel is seems to be a ghost house. Very expensive with not services. I stay for 2 nights in April 2009 and my stay was terrible. There is not any service for staying pplz but lot of restriction. Rooms are smelly and not cleaned regularly. I do not recomment this hotel to any one. On top of it its too expensive.
