Our stay at the Prime Hotel while we were in Faisalabad was good. The hotel room was large enough, well decorated and clean. The bathroom was modern, clean, and had warm water in it all round the clock. There were beds, cable TV, fridge, phone, and wireless net connection. The blankets provided were fresh, clean and fine. It was winter time and we required them to keep ourselves warm. We had a peaceful and comfortable sleep there. The room service was excellent. The food provided was hot and delicious. The place is also quite safe to stay. The prices are affordable and worth the quality of service provided.

I stayed in Prime Hotel Faisalabad with a friend in January 2011. I live in Islamabad and I booked my room on a single telephone call 2 days before coming to Faisalabad. I must say that it is a very good hotel. 24 hours wireless internet was available, room and bathroom were very clean. Good quality neat and clean blankets were there. As it was winter, warm water was also available in bathroom all the time. Room service was really good. There is a telephone in the room, you just need to press "0" to call the waiter.
Complimentary breakfast was very good having a lot of nicely cooked food items.
Cable tv and a small fridge was also present in room.
All these things for 1800 Rs for a double room. So I guess it is very reasonable.
The only negative point is that our room was near stairs and at 7 am in the morning, some kids and ladies started making noises by going up and down through those stairs and we couldn't sleep afterwards. But those were the bad mannered guests.

I was stayed in this long ago, and the service vs rent was excellent. While now rent is quite economical but service has decreased adversly. Untrained boys and customer care is just like third class hotels. Food is good but after 10 calls some one serve you even tea. If manager read this comment so try to upgrade again.

This hotel provides a wonderful and safe stay in Faislabad. I stayed here and was completely satisfied. The service is beyond great. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
