The hotel location is centralised, easy access to the nearest shopping malls & restaurants. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread are ok, although their kuehs are not recommended as you can find better kuehs from the nearby malls. Their chicken rice is superb. Overall, satisfied with their hospitality and cleanliness.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Ideal location. Affordable rate. Basic English communication. Would stay there again when visitng Pekanbaru.

I stayed in this hotel last week and found the location of this hotel to be its main strong point. The hotel is located in the city center and surrounded by malls, banks, shops, money changer and bakery. So everything was almost in walking distance which was convenient considering meter taxi was hard to find in Pekanbaru.
The room is basic but very clean and comfortable if your looking for a decent room to rest. The only thing I found lacking was the breakfast that they served. Not much variety and the taste is standard.
At the time I write this review, the hotel was in the process of building swimming pool and gym.
