the hotel has the best hospitality around the city hotel. yes the room was so tiny..... money speak everything... with a good rate value, best location, good hospitality....... then don't expect a big room. anyway the room is very well maintained with a very modern minimalist concept for room and bathroom

The hotel is very well located but because of that there is a lot of street noise. I would recommend that you request a room that is not street side. My room had a window facing the street and the noise was so loud I could not sleep. I slept in the bathtub because it was the only quiet place in the room. Besides that, the lobby restaurant was fine and the front desk was friendly. I requested both an early wake up call and taxi to the airport. Both were provided as requested. The room was clean but stained- the carpet, bed skirt and towels. My favorite thing about the hotel was making the reservation via the Internet- easy to do and an instant confirmation. Shame about the noise!

The hotel location is centralised, easy access to the nearest shopping malls & restaurants. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread are ok, although their kuehs are not recommended as you can find better kuehs from the nearby malls. Their chicken rice is superb. Overall, satisfied with their hospitality and cleanliness.
