We stood there with 4 adults and 5 teenagers for 1night in July. Check in was well organized in advance. The hotel is a little bit old fashioned but well maintained. The rooms are specious but need some renovation which obviously is in progress. The bathrooms show the glory of former times as there was marble on the floor and on the walls. The hotel is well lactated in the city centre and restaurants, shopping facilities, market, thai massage salons and trains station are within walking distance. They offer free parking, free wifi and the whole was very friendly and helpful. In the evening they offer live music in the bar and there also is a night club. The included breakfast was very delicious including Western and Asian food.

Its right next to a mosque (Pakistani mosque) and an old Buddhist temple where you can see the structure of what the ruins in Sukhothai must have looked like in their glory days... the river is nearby and so is a beautiful Chedi that at night comes alive with colors... the hotel itself is attached to a mall and there is plenty within the hotel including a pub/disco that opens at 10pm... but the best part was that we just paid some THB 1300 online to book the room and it was great value for money

Checking in at about 17.00 hrs he discount his rooms from 1500 to 1300 as it was hig season, as it was low season
We asked him twice to confirm it was the room he showed us and if it was include breakfast
Yes and Yes
On check out we have to pay 1500 and after some phonecalls between reception and Mr. Christopher he denied any discounts
We where advised to wait 3 hours an discuss the matter with Mr. Christopher
Having business matters in Bangkok it was impossible

This hotel has seen better days and the lobby is dark and gloomy while the elevator travels at a snail's pace as it makes its way to the upper floors. It does have one thing going for it. A side door opens into a shopping mall with several places to eat. The price to use the hotel computer is steep but there is an internet place just across and up the street to the left and it charges only 15 baht an hour. The continental breakfast isn't the best but you can scrounge up something from the assortment of food thrown together there.
