Baan Krating is a very nice place for to relax, very friendly staff, good food. The rooms have beautiful decorations, the bathroom is clean (no bathtube, shower only) and you have a nice view from the balcony in front of the room. The staff was busy for to improve the gardens. Sure that we will stay more at this resort.

The room looks pretty, has a nice balconny, and the hotel is situated in a quiet area.
However, the swimming pool is quite dirty, so you can not use it.
And, the maintanance of the garden is very poor. A pitty, since it could be a wonderfull spot!
During our stay, the staff is unprofessional and not very friendly.

I visited Pai last year in December and stayed here for 3 nights. The room is nice and nice garden also. Everything is fine, seem so relaxing but when i go to bathroom to clean the my face. The water just stops so i have to call the staff to check and after that i have water but that day the water is on and off most of the day and make weird noice also.

And when i walk to restaurant, some dogs are barking at me, look aggressive. Actually, i am dog lover but i just would like to tell the hotel that they should keep them some where, not leave them to bark. You have never know next time not just bark.

Apart from that my stay is quite good and i would like to visit here again, the staff is friendly and when i check out, she offerd me for free transportation. I did not expect that at all.
