Stayed here for 9 nights at the end of January in a Seabreeze room, which was right opposite the restaurant and reception. Neither of which interfered with our stay at all. The room is huge with two king size beds. The bathroom is a little on the small side and the shower lacks a bit of power but it did nothing to dampen our stay here.
We had a B&B package and the breakfast was chosen from a comprehensive menu which included fruit, cereal, eggs, sausage, bacon and traditional Thai. No complaints all for breakfast.
We had some lunches and dinners here too and every time the food came out hot and tasty so we would definitely recommend the restaurant even if you're not staying here. Wine is on the drinks menu too at a fairly reasonable price by Thai standards and is very palatable.
The beach is no more than a minute walk from the furthest bungalow, and once you've negotiated the few rocks and stream (or river at high tide) you're on to a lovely long stretch of sandy beach.
It's a nice, comfortable place, set back well away from the main road so no traffic noise at all. It's located at the southern end of Long Beach and has good access to plenty of other bars and restaurants.
Darin and Nit have a great place here and take the time to talk to the guests, the staff are very good too and always smiling, their English isn't brilliant but then my Thai is worse. Every effort was made by all to make our stay worthwhile and memorable.
We would definitely recommend this place and would most definitely stay here again if we returned to Koh Lanta.
Special mention to Aie? Thanks for the ride to our resort and thanks for the Chinese Lantern on our last night. Keep smiling.
