Would recommend it to anyone! The bed and matress was very good. Everything is clean and there is a nice garden and Balcony to chill and relax. The staff is very helpfull. We booked a day too long because we could only get a train earlier. Money back because leaving a day earlier was no problem at all. Really honest!

Room was nice and clean. Like the title says, its about 1km away of downtown ayutthaya, but was near one of the tempels. We paid too much for the room (double), so if you'll go here, make sure you booked before arrival!

We stayed 2 nights in this guest house - 2 adults and our 8 year old son. We stayed in one of the bungalows in the garden - they are tiny but very clean and cosy and there was no problem with supplying additional mattress for a child. The owner, at our request, phoned to organise for us the night cruise around Ayutthaya in a longboat and next day he rented us bikes supplying one with child carrier (although my son is big enough to ride a bicykle they had no child-size ones and anyway I would have been utterly reluctant to let him cycle in Thai traffic). He was very friendly and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

The house master is full of knowledge and recomendatios, as well as wilingness to share them. There are bungallows in the yard, but we stayed at the main house. Rooms were spacious, considering the price. Acoustics is poor - you could hear people breathe next door. (Luckily, the residents next door were our children.) The shared bathroom was OK.
The location is OK, but not more than that. Although the street is wide, there is hardly any traffic there, and to get a tuktuk you must go to the next street.
