“Value for money budget hotel !!!”

Centrally located hotel.rooms were neat And clean.the guy in the reception was quite helpful. The was no restaurant in the hotel but a lot of good restaurants near by.they had geysers in all rooms. Parking for 2 cars was available.but walkable distance to the lake Bryant park and coakers walk and the main city shopping area.but there is a lot of scope for improvement.

“Pathetic Service.. Asked one of us to sleep on floor”

I booked a 'Triple Premium' room through makemytrip.com for our parents & one brother. I was shocked to listen from them that they were given a small dingy room having only two beds & asked my brother to sleep on floor. Later on, when, I called makemytrip to explain then they simply put my phone on hold for long & gave me nonsense response like "hotel has given 'cot kind of mattress'". I simply cant understand this as when I booked a TRIPLE PREMIUM ....it should have three beds at least.
The whole night became a nightmare & made their trip a sad one.

Apart from this there is nothing in this hotel. Even makemytrip rate it as single star but it is not even like a normal budget hotels. The only good point is its location as it is near to busstand.
I recommend never ever think of this hotel.
