A neat place - centrally located. Not formally a hotel, looks like rooms in different floors are taken up in an apartment and converted into a hotel. The lift is very small / claustrophobic. Rooms are well done, basic but neat & well maintained. They also have a good restaurant in the 1st floor - serves decent food but very oily! Reasonably priced - centrally located.

Very good place, centrally located, good & clean rooms. We really had good time in Goa. Nice food, would recommend this place to my close friends & family. The Gym is also good. All major shopping area is very close and walking distance. Taxis in Goa are bit expensive. People are very good, helping & sincere. Fish is very good here. Beaches are excellent.

Everything about THIS hotel is UNSAFE. It is a FIRE DISASTER waiting to happen. People in GOA have not learnt the NEW DELHI UPHAAAAAAAR tragedy lesson.

On probing the bell boy we were SHOCKED to hear that the hotel chain actually had another hotel in Panjim city that had burnt down a few years before.

It is a symbol of GREED over safety.

A big big mistake. I booked to stay during the Film Festival with my husband. Two nights were spent competing with the mosqitoes, the bugs and the cockroach. The linen was soiled - someone had obviously used the room while we were out for the day. Some of the money was stolen, and the owner even refused to entertain our complaint saying that I could pay an additional cancellation charge and check out if I wanted.
