Took 3 rooms last weekend for one night and what a horror...dirty, bad maintenance, cobwebs and hideous colours in the room.Mine was blue and others orange.The reception area and Breakfast area looked like a railway platform.The bathrooms we re dirty and stinky.For Rs 2500 there are far better places available in panjim....pity that aTata brand has gone so downhill.

The owners of this place clearly have no interest in this place. The bathroom smells like in a train, the ac noisy, coffee maker takes ages to heat up the water, the first room we went to had hair on the pillows, clearly bed linen is not changed after each visitor. Good news was wifi though slow, worked, for the first hour. service is equally awful, requests to have the bathroom cleaned met with a polite immediately sir, and that was the last we heard, repeat calls met with the same response

Our thought in selecting this place was we won't spend time at the hotel, how bad can it be. We should have shown better sense. This place is awful.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city at walking distance from
Church Square Municipal Garden (900 meters).

Rooms are clean and well sized.

Hotel is priced at a Good Price point and centrally located, you can always hire a 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler around to go around the places, rooms are neat and clean but no room service, you have to take care of yourselves over there.
if going to goa you should also visit out casinos out there and take a day tour in the coach as well
