Front office receiving is superb. We reached Vijayawada early morning at 8 AM 10th December 2011 actually check-in time is 12 PM to 12 PM but they allowed us with great honor.

for each an ever call the response was immediate and Lon-dairy service is very good.
for us no in-connivance caused while staying in this hotel. enjoyed a lot.

Stayed here while a short trip. Pretty good hotel located on the MG Road, easily accessible from anywhere,
The lobby is really pleasant and the check in is very fast, smooth and the friendly front desk staff are really worth praising.
The rooms are ok sized with sliding doors for the bathroom and the closet giving a different look. There is no bathtub but the shower area is excellent with good water pressure and hot water.
The restaurant in the lobby serves good spread at the buffets at breakfast and lunch. Did not stay for dinner.
All said, the Taj style luxury is evident in the hotel

Gateway Hotel Vijayawada is an excellent business hotel as well for leisure. I will rate the hotel excellent in all respects.I was upgraded to a better room on a higher floor with river view from the standard room booked by company, and I didn't even have to ask for it. The hotel is centrally located on M G Road, very close all business establishments. The hotel exceeds expectation in service level and value. A very good Taj experince with very nice rooms, excellent staff, very good spread of buffet breakfast, a nice pub where you can find most of favorite drinks. So if you are in Vijayawada, nothing other than Gateway Hotel, this is undoubtedly the best place.

No words to mention......awesome experience.....you get the feel that you are staying a class apart hotel with dedicated staff and service....its in heart of the city and is acessible to all the shopping facilities at a walkable distance.......worth stay
