I stayed at the Hotel Concordia for one night while visiting Trogir with friends in July 2010. The hotel is located right on the waterfront, at the end of the promenade. We took a bus from Split to Trogir and were dropped off by the bus directly outside of town around mid-day. We crossed a small footbridge and walked through the Trogir Old Town until we got to the water, then easily found the hotel. The front desk staff at Hotel Concordia was exceedingly friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were given a room on the third floor with two twin beds and a pull-out couch, with a view of the water. The room was a bit small, but quite comfortable. The hotel decor was a bit dated, but the whole place had the cozy feeling of an inn rather than a hotel.
Trogir is a small town and you don't need more than a half-day to explore everything it has to offer. Hotel Concordia is a great base from which to explore the town. At night, the waterfront comes alive with people promenading and fancy yachts docked. Unfortunately, there was some sort of fundraiser / festival happening on the waterfront that night, and the noise from that (including one particularly off-key singer) made falling asleep difficult even late into the night. The next morning, we enjoyed a very peaceful breakfast buffet served outside the hotel under umbrellas on the waterfront. I would certainly recommend Hotel Concordia to fellow travellers.
