i've been there several times, throughout the whole years, both is winter and summer. The winter rates are really good. the position is quite nice, on the seaside and 5 minutes walk to the city center. The rooms are nice, a little bit small but well equipped. bathrooms maybe need small renovation. The wellness area is really something not to be missed as well as the outside pool. restaurant is quite big and provided good quality food with wide choice.

Wonderful hotel, friendly, clean, lots to do, very nice swimming pools, close to beach. Food is excellent. Stayed half board and looked forward to eating! I would suggest paying for drinks as you go rather than giving them your room number and paying at end of your holiday as they get a little confused. But can't fault this hotel at all. Great cocktails too. Excellent excursions and they even gave us a free packed lunch cos we were missing dinner. Very comfy beds too :)

We had a nice late september weekend trip to the coast. We choose Hotel Diamant based on good reviews. We were more than satisfied, especialy with breakfast and dinner. If you enjoy good food, you must stay in this Hotel - 5star kitchen!!! The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, nice Welness center that justifys visiting the hotel throughout the year.

Room Tip: Rooms with view on parking area are cheaper, you dont need a sea side view if you only sleep in the...

“Decent hotel - good quality food”

Just returned from 14 days at this hotel in Porec after reading reviews on trip advisor. Not a pretty looking hotel but modern and clean inside. Our room was at the back of the hotel and whilst not particularly spacious was adequate and nice and quiet which was what we had requested in our email to the hotel.
The staff and quality of service were excellent particularly Marija (restaurant Manager), Matea
(restaurant greeter) and Bruno (wine waiter), nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile.
The food was buffet style which I am normally wary of, but the food quality was excellent and varied, continually replenished and lots of choice. At breakfast the various cooking stations would prepare fresh omelettes or fried eggs and bacon to order. In addition the choice of breads, fruit and various continental style food was excellent. You could also brew your tea in a teapot!
Its a good but pleasant walk into Porec, but if you also intend going to Porec in the evening I would suggest bugeting for travelling on the Noddy train or taxi as it can get very tiring walking to Porec and back more than once a day.
Overall a most enjoyable trip and would definately return.
