This hotel is excellent, the service was superb and the staff very kind and professional. The restaurant is top-knotch, and the rooms are beautiful. Location is amazing, right on the riverside surronded with fresh forest trees. Very good conference rooms and state of the art equipment as well as four fast and free wi-fi LANs. All in all, worth a visit!

We could not stop for the night because another booking was done but we stopped on our way at this hotet to eat at the restaurant.
Weather was mild and the evening very pleasant with the trees of the surrounding park and the nearby river. Food was excellent as well as the service. Try the lamb cutlets.

We have lodged at both Hotel Korana in Karlovac and their rural retreat, Svre Prirode Heart of nature in Lipnik Croatia. Both are in beautiful and charming settings. Each location is top notch, modern, quaint and an exceptional value. Most of all the service and attention is outstanding. The food and wine is terrific. Definitely highly recommended.

The Korana Srakovcic is a charming, 15-room hotel in a lovely park beside the Korana River. The rooms are generously sized and comfortable, the restaurant among the best in the area.
The hotel's Karlovac location is an excellent base for a visit to the sublime Plitvice Lakes National Park. The drive to the Lakes - - 50 or so miles - - is easy and beautiful, and the Korana is world's better than the drab park hotels filled with bus tourists and cigarette smoke.
