We stayed at this hotel in September booked through Cosmos. Thought we had a room with a sea view and balcony however a few days prior to departure discovered we hadn't. I contacted the hotel to ask for a balcony room and sure enough when we checked in they had reserved it. We paid the hotel for the upgrade (£67 for a week) which was cheaper than supplement Cosmos charged.

The hotel is in an ideal location with views across to Dubrovnik. We had very pleasant level walks into Cavtat and also took the water taxi to Dubrovnik. The water taxi was well organised with a list of boats and times set out on the rear of the ticket.

The hotel room was fairly small but serviceable. The access through the hotel is somewhat quirky. We were on the top floor but the lift only went up to the floor below. There was no direct access from this block to the beach or pool area. The beach bar was only open intermittently and we saw the pizza restaurant open once but I guess it's the end of season.

The food was varied and above all hot. The range of dishes was less than that I've seen at other all inclusive hotels but with a quicker turnover the food was rarely left to stand and dry out. You could help yourself to beer, wine and soft drinks at mealtimes.

All the staff were very pleasant and courteous.

The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport and we will return to this hotel independantly.

we stayed in this hotel recently and it was just so hot .the air conditioning is switched of
regardles of how hot it is ,at the end of august. This made the rooms so hot it was dreadfull.
We paid £275 to get a room with air conditioning, there is only 9 of them.So be warned,
it was a not a good experience.

Me and my partner (2 males) stayed at the Hotel Epidaurus at the tail-end of the Summer season 2011 as a late deal and found the hotel completely by chance but thoroughly enjoy our week long stay. I frequently use Trip Advisor but decided not to before I went, just to be un-biased. I've since read some reviews and although there are cats on the outside eating area they don't jump on tables or cause a nuisance and many guests actually coaxed them over. The view from my balcony was one of the best I've ever had. There would only be one negative and that is that the air conditioning wasn't too great but it wasn't unbearable.

we recently stayed at this hotel. it was amazing. rooms were really nice, plenty space and cleaned every day. we had a lovely balcony. staff were very helpful and friendly. we went for one week and liked it soo much we stayed for a second week. it is right by the bay. loved sitting under the palm trees with free sun loungers. lovely pebble beach. the food was lovely,
so varied and eat as much as you like. good entertainment in the evening. games by day...bingo, water excerises ect. manager very helpful. had a few minor problems with lift and flies in restaurant, would love to go back there. no hills good for disabled.
